(I copied and pasted the section below, these are not my words)

Interesting article, but you should check your facts first before spouting off about a boycott of a company's products. Fact #1: Hewlett-Packard Co. is not giving any money for or against abortion. The Hewlett Foundation is. The Hewlett Foundation has NOTHING to do with the Hewlett-Packard Company. Fact #2: Mark Hurd, the CEO and Chairman of HP has NOTHING to do with the Hewlett Foundation. Fact#3: There are no Hewlett family members on the board of HP or employed by HP. In fact, the Hewlett Foundation has sold off most, if not all, of its HP stock in the past 8 years. You may be making a good point in being upset with how the private and independent Hewlett Foundation has allocated its funds, but boycotting the Hewlett-Packard Company, which has no connections to the foundation, is a very misdirected idea.

December 14, 2008 8:37 AMMeganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03651760989432980041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1856156869270546525.post-1123736648018603012008-12-16T13:47:00.000-05:002008-12-16T13:47:00.000-05:00Thanks for letting me know -- two weeks ago I boug...Thanks for letting me know -- two weeks ago I bought 4 cartridges.
