What's for Dinner...

It's pretty difficult to find Phase one meatless dishes for Fridays - so this is going on our table tonight. For Paul's sake, I hope it's edible - actually I hope it's wonderful, but edible will do ;)

See, Sara, the trick is to cut the spaghetti squash in half before cooking in the microwave! LOL!

UPDATE: It wasn't wonderful. It wasn't even really good. To me it was edible. To Paul... not so much. ::sigh:: Sorry Honey, I tried. I tried all that flavor. I vowed to never make spaghetti squash for Paul again!

Did you like it? We grow our own Spaghetti Squash and eat it all the time with...meatballs, spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese! We bake ours in the oven, not the microwave.

i tolerated it - paul choked it down. at that point i told him that i'd forego SS from now on ;)

When I started low-carbing, I gave up the meatless Fridays. It's more of a sacrifice to give up the sugar. Now, not so much, so I guess I gotta go back to meatless!

You've got to salt the HECK out of the spaghetti squash, otherwise, bleh. I also load up the parm cheese to make it more palatable.

I'd rather eat french cut string beans in place of pasta than spaghetti squash.

Oh yeah, I'm not much of a fan of spaghetti squash either.
