...the second snow day within 3 days! This is just about unheard of here in Atlanta. Here are a few shots from this afternoon: Needless to say, the play was cancelled for tonight. They are going to try and reschedule for next Friday.
Wimps. That's nothin'! Today it was 15-20 below (windchill) and my son ran over to the neighbors in just his sweatshirt.
Okay, that was a true story but I called him home when Weazy reported him (she spied his coat on the hook) and I made him wear his coat to run back there. I told him, "What kind of fool runs around outside in this weather without a coat on?????" He sheepishly grinned, told me what the heck was I talking about and it's just lovely and warm out here today mom I could stand out here and enjoy the weather for hours with just my sweatshirt on and ran back to play.
I like the snowman, too. My kids only had one day warm enough this winter to actually make a snowman! We have plenty of snow, but it turns into ice crystals (not roll-able) after a few minutes. Snow just becomes a major, icy, pain in the patooty when you can't use it as a weapon or building material!

THAT is a fabulous snowman!!! How awesome!
Lovely pictures..
Your snowman reminds me of the edible snowman in that great book Stranger in the Woods.
I love a blog with photos and yours does not disappoint. Your family is beautiful!
That is one spooky snowman. No worries though: I'm jealous! This is the first year in....ever...that you've had more snow than I have had.
My boys loved the pictures of your snowmen!
